I cater for private functions. Cooking is my passion and I try to embody that in my food. My South African heritage is an influence when creating flavourful, unique and exclusive menus. I use quality ingredients and try to focus on artisan, Irish produce. All food is handmade and only the best ingredients are used.
I serve the Cork area within a 40 min drive of Blarney.
Catering for collection
I also offer catering for collection. This option includes vegetarian and baked goods only. I can provide a range of dishes for you to collect and enjoy at home.

I have been ordering food from Corrinne Austin since 2019 and I got hooked immediately because her food is so delicious, tasty and presented beautifully.
Corrinne puts edible flowers on many of her dishes-she grows these in her garden and they are a lovely addition. I have ordered many different things from Corrinne but our favourites are her Spring Open Tart, Spring rolls, Herb Taboullah, Red Velvet Cupcakes and Double Chocolate Muffins.
Honestly though, the selection and quality of all her food is just outstanding and her portion sizes are excellent. One of my friends had a 60th party recently and Corrinne catered for it-the food was just amazing.

Corrinne catered our daughters Christening party. The food was absolutely exquisite, so delicious and meticulously prepared.
